Each routine includes two versions of the tutorial to support different learning styles and experience levels:

Tutorial #1: Counts & Verbal Instruction

This version breaks down the choreography step-by-step using counts and verbal cues. You’ll hear the movements explained in detail so you can focus on learning the technique, timing, and transitions with confidence.

Best for:

  • First-time learning
  • Practicing choreography slowly
  • Understanding movement details
  • Building muscle memory

Tutorial #2: Full Routine with Music

Once you’ve learned the choreography, use this version to practice the routine exactly as it will be performed in class. Dance along with the music and challenge yourself to move with confidence, performance energy, and flow.

Best for:

  • Memorization
  • Performance practice
  • Building confidence
  • Improving musicality and stage presence

Tips for Success

 Practice at least 2–3 times per week between classes.

 Start with the counts tutorial before moving to the music version.

 Give yourself grace—progress is more important than perfection.

 Record yourself occasionally to track your growth and celebrate your improvements.

 Most importantly, have fun and embrace the journey.

Remember, Femme Flow Fitness is about more than learning choreography. It’s about building confidence, celebrating your body, and stepping into your power one dance at a time.
