LiberarLa (Liberate her) was created to empower, inspire and liberate. With the goal to liberate not only the women in America, but to liberate women around the world.
I created my business with nothing but vision and determination. It was a leap of faith that marked the beginning of discovering my purpose and trusting my own voice.
Becoming a stepmother, allowed me to step into a role that expanded my understanding of love, responsibility, and connection. Through this experience, I realized how deeply women—especially mothers—need spaces where they can be seen, supported, and connected to one another.
I became a pole fitness instructor, and through that work I found a community of bold, fearless women. They taught me the power of movement, confidence, and self-expression, and showed me what it looks like to fully own your body and your presence.
Choosing an unmedicated home birth became one of the most powerful experiences of my life. In the quiet comfort of my own home, I discovered a strength within myself that I never fully understood before. Every wave of pain carried me deeper into trust — trust in my body, my instincts, and the life I was bringing into the world. It was raw, intense, and beautifully transformative. Through surrender and resilience, I found not only the power to give birth naturally, but also a renewed sense of confidence, connection, and awe for the miracle of new life.
While breastfeeding and navigating early motherhood, my grandmother moved back home due to dementia. I found myself holding space for both new life and memory loss, discovering what motherhood looks like without the full guidance of the generations before me.
Moved to Cochise County, a quiet farming town, to be closer to my grandmother and reconnect with my roots. In that stillness, I began teaching dance again, slowly returning to my passion and rebuilding my connection to community.
I’ve been leading with a renewed purpose—to teach women how to dance confidently, build businesses without limits, and use alter egos as a bridge until their true identity can fully shine. Through it all, I’ve come to understand one truth: you have been your superpower all along warrior woman—you just needed a space to remember it.
LiberarLa (Liberate Her) was created to inspire, empower, and liberate women around the world through movement, connection, and self-expression. LiberarLa brings community workshops and dance bootcamps directly to different cities, creating spaces where women can build confidence, release limitations, and reconnect with their power. Each stop is intentionally designed to meet women where they are, offering tools for embodiment, creativity, and self-discovery. If you’d like LiberarLa to come to your area, let us know where you’d like to see us next.
